My stay at the Apartment on Troststrasse was enjoyable and convenient. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and adjustable heating. I appreciated the presence of blinds on the windows, allowing for a restful sleep. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary appliances, and there were sufficient sockets for charging devices. The location was ideal for visiting Vienna, with a tram line nearby for easy transportation. I would highly recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay.

Everything was perfectly fine here, appreciated it. The bed of our apartment was comfortable. It had a private bathroom. Check-in was easy.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed during this long trip in Europe, that I'd be sorry to say. 1. The information in the booking on the transportation to the hotel was wrong, we were totally misled and thus caused a great waste of time. It's said it's closed to the Metro #1 Trostrabe stop, however, after a difficult search, it just turned out to be Tram #1, not METRO, and there's not a metro station named Trostrabe at all. 2. The misleading information took us more than 1 hour to get to the hotel, so we were late for the planned time of arrival. We understood that would be waiting times, but not to expect a too hasty check-in. The staff to hand over the keys was very hurried to leave, and hardly left no time for any helpful information--we even had no time to ask how to take a correct transportation! What was worse, he skipped waiting the lift as it's too slow, and had us climb up stairs to F3 with two large cases! We thought there was no lift at all, just went up with him. 3. There's a must-paid fee for 35 Europ at spot for the final cleaning, but there's no any cleaning services during our stay, there's no reason to pay such fee without any service we can enjoy during the stay! I don't care it's pre-announced in the booking, that's the fact that it's not reasonable based on the service we received. 4. It's said if guests want to check out later than the usual check-out time at 10am, a pre-notice is needed. Bullshit, the fact is when we asked to check out later at noon (we just need keep the luggage in the room and they could go ahead for cleaning), we were refused and were told we'd better keep our luggage in public locker place like in railway station. 5. The room was too noisy, very loud noices early in the morning to wake you up. The room facility is good, and clean when we checked in, to be fair. However, all above had already ruined everything! Sorry that this is the historical low score I've ever rated a hotel!

Location, comfort
Heating did not work, the free WiFi did not function, the shower door was broken, the tap of the bathroom sink was wobbly. except for the heating, all small problems that did not really take away any enjoyment of the apartment.

Good wifi, well designed, big space and comfort, clean, good heating, close to tram
No parking, very old building and elevator, far away from center (ok if you're with a car or don't mind to take tram), shower isn't so comfortable.

Modern and clean apartment appearance. Accommodation on exact early time we agreed on. Fully-equipped kitchen (except for a jug kettle and a dish towel), a hairdryer, an iron, a cloteshorse, an ironing board, a big table, hangers in a wardrobe. Functional wifi.
We missed a jug kettle, dish towel, dishes dryer and a curtain on entrance doors and windows. Chairs were uncomfortable (cushions on seats would be nice), Close to busy and noisy street - many cars rode all day and night.

The location and size was good, Beds were very comfortable. Tran into the center of Vienna was less than 100 meters away. This is a newly renovated apartment, no bath tub, only a relatively small shower
I would like to point out several things to make the apartment more enjoyable for other guests. The bathroom shower door needs calking at the base to stop water from running under the door frame. The bathroom sink tap needs to be adjusted so hot water can be delivered. The bathroom sink plug needs to be fixed so the drain plug can be opened and closed with the rod on the back of the tap. Providing a little jar of laundry soap would be a nice added touch, buying soap is a problem as most sell too much for 1 or 2 small loads of laundry. The closet space is poorly organized, more hanging space and a chest of drawers would be helpful. 50% of the closet is completely useless! Providing a dish towel to dry the dishes would be nice. Also there is no place to put luggage except on the floor, couch or bed. Having a low bench to open and unpack suitcases would also be very useful. We did this sitting on the floor! Also there is a small infestation of ants in the second room on the floor around the TV. The TV could be placed on a desk to get it off the floor, and provide a work place for a computer. The exterior black out blinds are good, however inside sheer curtains would be nice for when the blinds are open so workers across the street aren't looking into the apartment. We like to run around naked in the morning and would not want to offend anyone looking in, especially those of a religious nature. I hope my input is beneficial and helps to bring new clients through good reviews and repeat customers because of a satisfying experience.

The apartment was equipped with everything one would need for a long stay. May not be suitable for very short stays (1-2 days, I personally think), as this apartment is more suited for people staying in the city for at least a week. All kitchen amenities provided, windows blocked all noise out. Pleasant staff, and the room was very clean and comfortable, and quite modern decor too. Enjoyable stay.
When we first arrived, we were wondering if we had the wrong address. The exterior was a little run down, but that just adds to the charm, I guess. Public street parking in a residential, so hardly any space available. We had to drive around the blocks 5-6 times, and had to park far away. The main reasons for booking this place was free parking, and free Wi-Fi, and both were a let-down. The Wi-Fi was hit and miss, couldn't connect at all. Also, if arriving on site, ensure you fix a time with the hotel staff, as there is no receptionist. These are just apartments and someone has to let you in! Lastly, there is a 35 Euro cleaning charge which they make you aware of when you book, but this makes the price per night expensive.

Clean, good facility, but no aircon so it was really hot in summer!
It took a long time for the staff to come with the apartment key. Very inconvenient if you don't have a mobile phone as you need to keep calling them to ask where they are. We waited about 20 minutes in front of the apartment because there was no reception and no one to open the door
